At Next Delivery Couriers, we understand that you may have questions about our services therefore, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help you get the information you need.   • Where is your Business location?
    We are online based operating in Ocho Rios, St Ann Jamaica.
  • What do i need to open a shipping account?
    You will need to provide us with your Full Name, Address, Email address and Telephone Number in order to facilitate the clearance process.
  • Will you open my packages?
    There is a possibility that your package open and checked randomly during the clearance process. From time to time Jamaica Customs will open a package to verify the contents of your shipment which is beyond our control.
  • Can I have more than one account?
    You can have as many names (individuals or businesses) on a single account as you wish with no additional fee as long as you use a different email address for each account.
  • How long does a regular air package takes to reach Jamaica ?
    This depends on the time it takes for a purchase from a vendor to arrive in our warehouse, some shipping methods are much quicker than others. Once the item is received, it takes 4-7 business days for your package to arrive in Jamaica and will be ready for delivery once there are no delays at Jamaica Customs.
